FREE PICKUP & DELIVERY

Our coverage area includes:

Petaling Jaya
Kuala Lumpur
Shah Alam
Putrajaya

Please note that our minimum charge is RM80 to qualify for FREE pick up and delivery.

If the charge is lower than RM80 (minimum charge is RM30 to qualify for pick and delivery), there will be delivery charge starting from RM8 depending on your location.

However, RM20 no-show-fee will be charged if our runner arrived at your location, and waited for more than 15 minutes and have to re-arrange your pickup for another timeslot.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take note that our RUNNER will arrive at your destination within 1 hour based on your booking date & time. We will contact you via SMS/Whatsapp or call if needed or both once booking is made. *No cancellation or rescheduling is permitted within 6 hour(s) of the appointment time.
